What currency does your site use?

All prices on our site are in Australian Dollars (AUD)

What payment methods do you accept?

Currently we accept a number of different payment methods including PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Shop Pay, Google Pay & Afterpay

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you do not need an account to make a purchase. Having an account allows you to keep track of your purchases and also save items in your wishlist.

Will you include an invoice if I purchase as a gift?

We will not include an invoice in orders that are marked as Gifts. Please ensure that you provide details in your order, advising that your purchase is a gift

Shipping

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Standard Delivery
Shipping can take from 3 – 10 business days, depending on your location in Australia.

Peak promotional periods or COVID-19 delays (such as lockdowns) may cause products to be dispatched up to 48 hours after orders have been received.

Express Delivery
Orders placed before 11:30am AEDT will be shipped that same business day and delivered within three business days, depending on your location.
Orders placed after 11:30am AEDT Friday, on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday and delivered within three business days.

Delivery timeframes are an estimate only and Amara Style will not be liable to you for losses suffered or incurred due to delivery delays.

Do You Ship Internationally?

We currently only ship within Australia

How do I track my package after it has been shipped?on

Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email notification confirming the shipment. The email will contain tracking details, which will allow you to track the package's whereabouts and estimated arrival time.

I think my package was lost or stolen. can you help me?

Amara Style & Amara Candles is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package may have been lost or stolen, please contact the carrier to file a claim. If you need further support, contact our customer service team and we will do what we can to assist you.

Can I change my delivery address after I have placed my order?

Normally orders are processed as soon as we receive them. If you have made an error with the address, please contact customercare@amarastyle.com.au to check if we can assist with the change, we will do all we can to assist in getting your order to the right delivery address, if it has not already been dspatched.

Returns

How do I return an item?

We are more than happy to offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at customercare@amarastyle.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note, any items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

How soon will I receive a refund or exchange for my return?

Please allow between 2 - 3 weeks for us to process your return. If you have requested a refund, your funds will be credited to the account you made payment with.

Once the refund has been processed, allow 2 - 3 business days for the credit to appear in your account.
