DELIVERY

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Standard shipping is $12.95, or free for orders over $100. 

We also provide the option of Express shipping at a flat rate of $17.95.

Standard shipping & free shipping does not apply to custom event favours.  Postage and Delivery costs will be provided as part of quotation. 

DELIVERY TIMES

Standard Delivery

Delivery timeframes are an estimate only and Amara Style will not be liable to you for losses suffered or incurred due to delivery delays.  Shipping can take from 3 – 10 business days, depending on your location in Australia.

Peak promotional periods or COVID-19 delays (such as lockdowns) may cause products to be dispatched up to 48 hours after orders have been received.

Express Delivery 

Delivery timeframes are an estimate only and Amara Style will not be liable to you for losses suffered or incurred due to delivery delays.  Orders placed before 11:30am AEDT will be shipped that same business day and delivered within three business days, depending on your location.

Orders placed after 11:30am AEDT Friday, on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday and delivered within three business days.

TRACKING

You will receive an email from us with your tracking details once your item has been shipped.

 

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

We are more than happy to offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at customercare@amarastyle.com.au  advising reason for your return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note, any items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note due to administration and restocking we are required to charge the cost of the return shipment.  This will be deducted from your refund.

Please save your tracking number for the return. We also recommend obtaining proof of postage for your records

DAMAGES & ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

EXCEPTIONS & NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Due to hygiene reasons all silk products, including eye masks, scrunchies and pillow cases cannot be returned due to change of mind.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you are after and resolve any issues is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method minus the cost of return shipping. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
